My name's Pat and I've been a Trainer for 14 years. I'm forever a student of the game and treat my education like it's my second job. These days I spend most of my time studying Movement/Biomechanics and Functional Neurology so that I'll always have something novel and interesting for my clients other than the typical lifts (which we still do) that they see every day. I also specialize in looking like i just got out of prison. In my free time I like to do karate in the park (I don't know karate).
